Rep. La Shawn Ford joins WGN to discuss participation in 5th annual Bike Across Chicago
On Saturday, June 3, Rep. La Shawn Ford will join 50 staff, volunteers, alumni and champions of By The Hand Club For Kids for a 50-mile bike ride across the City of Chicago, visiting all six By The Hand Club sites and raising money to help kids across Chicago have abundant life. He joined WGN’s midday show to talk about the importance of the Bike Across Chicago fundraiser and the Power of One – how one rider, one morning or one donation can make a difference in the life of a child.
