While Alanna worked hard—maintaining a 3.0 GPA or higher and making friends—it’s been her involvement at Austin Harvest for the past three years that’s unlocked her entrepreneurial spirit. She proudly explains, “I’ve learned so much. You can 100% be helping your community and also have fun while working. Even the delays we faced gave us the opportunity to work together and brainstorm.” She hopes that Austin Harvest is around for generations, adding, “I feel lucky to be part of a lasting legacy!”

Her faith bolsters her courage for her future, explaining, “I see myself doing big things. I want to do my own thing, like owning my own business as a real estate agent.” Whatever Alanna decides to do after high school, she has the valuable experience, resilience, support and faith to make it happen!
